It’s all about relaxation. Taking the night off and feeling refreshed the next day. How do you relax after a hectic day that results in having a headache? I’m also sharing how to relax before bedtime with creating your own bath bomb. A hot bath can do so much for you.

 

 

 

How to create a bath bomb

Supplies:

  • Mixing Bowl & Measuring Cups
  • Muffin Tin or Silicone Molds
  • 1/2 Cup of Epsom Salt
  • 1/2 Cup of Corn Starch
  • 1 Cup of Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Cup of Citric Acid
  • 2 TBS of Water
  • 3 TBS of Coconut Oil
  • 10-15 Drops of Essential Oils (you can pick any scent)
  • 2-3 drops of Food Coloring

Steps:

  • Mix all dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl
  • In a separate bowl combine all wet ingredients and mix
  • Slowly add in wet ingredients to dry
  • At this point you should be able to pack together. If mixture is falling apart then you want to add more water
  • Pack in mixture to mold tightly
  • Let dry overnight or freeze for a couple hours

After your relaxing bath take TYLENOL® PM as directed and you are off for a good nights sleep without having to deal with those aches and pains.
